1. 1 cup warm milk
2. 1 large egg
3. 2 tablespoons sugar
4. 1 tablespoon instant yeast
5. 3 cups All Purpose flour
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
7. 2 tablespoon margarine / butter
8. Oil for deep frying
9. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1. Mix milk, egg,sugar, and yeast.
2. Add flour and salt. Then mix and knead. (If too wet add a little flour)
3. Knead for at least 5 minutes or so till soft and elastic. (Don't over knead as that will make the dough hard)
4. Place and grease the dough with oil in a clean and dry bowl.
5. Cover and proof the dough. Leave to sit at room temperature for 1 hour or till it doubles in size.
6. After an hour.
7. Punch air out of the dough. Then cut into small sizes.
8. I had to improvise a tool in order to make holes in the donuts 😂 🤣
9. Cover again for about 15 mins.
10. Deep fry on low heat.
11. Tadaaaaa 😋😋
12. For the glaze I melted chocolate,. 🤦🏾 I ran out of sprinkles.
13. Enjoy with any beverage of your choice.
